Renato: Hi, I'm Renato Ferreira and this is Insight Cast. The podcast for those who want to get their feet wet in the Brazilian sales market.

We are here on the thirteenth episode of Insight Cast, my name is Renato Ferreira, one of the founders of Insight Sales and today your host.

Today, folks, my guest is a great friend of mine, Bruninho Oshiro! He is a brewer, a fighter and my friend. The topic will be about coordination, management and also sales executive: advantages and disadvantages of each of the roles.



Bruninho is a really cool guy, who has worked in each of these roles, so I think he can share a vision that will reach all ends. And Bruninho, thanks for being able to count on you here!



And tell us a little bit about who Bruno is.



Bruninho: Cool, thanks, thanks!

Let's go, I joke that, I don't know if it was luck or bad luck, I ended up making my entire career in startups. So, for better or worse, I'm quite biased when it comes to business models.



Renato: You have worked in several roles, in different businesses, you have had several roles, both in sales and after-sales...

Tell me a little about your experience in each of them.



Bruninho: Starting from the beginning, when I was CS at Sambatech, there was a lot of relational selling, it was that thing of ensuring that the client continued to believe in the solution so that we could monetize it, make it profitable with new contracts, with contract extensions, with renewals. So it was already a sale, but there is still that thing where you share a percentage, a bit of a beating from the client when things are not going well, right?



So, I think that was the beginning of me realizing that I really liked this, the commercial side. And then, at Netshow.me, as the company's first salesperson, I had to divide myself into several roles, right? So, while I was selling, I was already trying to think about the process so that someone else could do it.
